Ken Norris has been in the jewelry industry for almost 40 years.  He opened his first shop in 1982, with only three showcases, focusing primarily on jewelry and watch repair.  Now, nearly 30 years later, his tiny shop has been voted the number one jewelry store in Clermont County.  He specializes in heirloom quality jewelry design, jewelry repair, diamond, and stone setting.  His experience, demand for perfection, and down to earth honesty make him one of the best and most trusted jewelers in the industry.

Laura Norris - President
 
Laura Norris is the heart of Norris Jewelers.  She has been with Ken from the beginning, running the behind the scenes and building relationships with the customers.  She genuinely loves to work with our customers, not only to find the perfect piece they are looking for, but also to make life’s events special. She often tells people, "We are not in the jewelry business.  We are in the love business.”  You will often find her either in front of or behind the showcases laughing, crying, hugging, holding hands, comforting, celebrating, or rejoicing with her customers.  Her care and concern is another reason our customers are not just repeat customers…they are lifetime customers.

Grace Norris-Johnson

Grace is Ken and Laura's youngest daughter and has practically grown up behind a jewelery counter. After spending time in Oklahoma going to college, Grace is back home working with her parents. Grace's impeccable taste and sense of style ensures that you'll find that piece of jewelery that is perfect for you or your loved one.
